Policies

• Call the office (706-865-6930) from the gate phone or your cell before entering. Check in at the office next to the pool.
• No one under 21 is allowed on Grove property or common areas. Photo ID required.
• Cash only — we do not accept credit cards.
• Check-in 9am–8pm. No check-ins after 8pm without prior arrangement.
• BYOB — we do not sell alcohol. Heavy drinking is discouraged; you are accountable for your actions.
• No glass in common areas (Pavilion, Clubhouse, Charter House, pool/hot tub areas).
• Common sense and courtesy always. Loud, threatening, predatory, or antisocial behavior will not be tolerated. Strict NO MEANS NO policy.
• No electronic devices with cameras in public areas. No photography/videotaping in common areas without management permission.
• Bring a towel to sit on when nude. Shower before the pool or hot tub. You must be nude in the pool and hot tub.
• No smoking in buildings, accommodations, pool, hot tub, or surrounding concrete.
• Speed limit 12 mph. Campfires only in fire rings.
• No fireworks, illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons in common areas.
• Singles must be accompanied by a couple or another guest in the Charter House / Lil’ Charter House. Being accompanied means entering together with the intent to play together, not simply pairing up to gain access or to watch.
• Pets are welcome in the camping areas and must remain leashed at all times. For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets that are aggressive toward people or other animals are not permitted. Please keep pets out of the pavilion, clubhouse, and pool area, and remember to clean up after them.
• Visits are personal and private — no solicitation, investigations, or news reporting.
• Guests typically visit at least three times before applying for membership. Membership is at management discretion and may be modified, denied, or revoked.

Mountain Creek Grove may update these policies at any time. Membership and visitation are privileges that may be revoked.
